From the first chapter of Enoch:

"The words of the blessing of Enoch, wherewith he blessed the elect and righteous, who will be living in the day of tribulation, when all the wicked and godless are to be removed." (1 v.)

"And behold! He cometh with ten thousands of His holy ones To execute judgement upon all, And to destroy all the ungodly: And to convict all flesh Of all the works of their ungodliness which they have ungodly committed, And of all the hard things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him." (v. 9)

This 9th verse is quoted in the Letter of Jude, verses 14-15, pointing to the second coming of Jesus.

It was considered as an authentic and prophetic book among the ancient jews and early christians until about the 4th century. In our time it is considered authentic among a growing number of evangelical, mainly pentecostal, christians, although it is not considered as a part of the Bible (=the old and new covenant scriptures). Not all who sees it as authentic, sees it as wholly inspired, but many do. I do.
