Thank you for the appreciation.
You wrote: "In the introduction part, it is mentioned that this book is preserved especially for three periods of history. One of these times is the second coming of Jesus. Could you inform where we can see this information in the Book of Enoch?"
From the first chapter of Enoch:
"The words of the blessing of Enoch, wherewith he blessed the elect and righteous, who will be living in the day of tribulation, when all the wicked and godless are to be removed." (1 v.)
"And behold! He cometh with ten thousands of His holy ones To execute judgement upon all, And to destroy all the ungodly: And to convict all flesh Of all the works of their ungodliness which they have ungodly committed, And of all the hard things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him." (v. 9)
This 9th verse is quoted in the Letter of Jude, verses 14-15, pointing to the second coming of Jesus.
Also see Enoch (1882) chapter 104 and 105.
You also asked:
"Also, I'd like to learn who consider this book authentic. I've seen that only Ethiopian Orthodox Church accepts this book as holy so far. Please inform if there are other people from different faiths consider this book as authentic. Thank you."
It was considered as an authentic and prophetic book among the ancient jews and early christians until about the 4th century. In our time it is considered authentic among a growing number of evangelical, mainly pentecostal, christians, although it is not considered as a part of the Bible (=the old and new covenant scriptures). Not all who sees it as authentic, sees it as wholly inspired, but many do. I do.
